We are glad that you have reached out to God for help and forgiveness, and it is our privilege to pray with you and offer biblical guidance. God is always ready to hear us when we call on Him, and it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it says in Hebrews 4:16 WEB "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."

First, we want to acknowledge that you have asked for forgiveness. It is important to understand that forgiveness comes through confessing our sins to God and turning away from them. As it says in 1 John 1:9 WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." So, let's pray together, confessing your sins to God and seeking His forgiveness.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, confessing that we have sinned against You in thought, word, and deed. We ask for Your forgiveness and thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy. Lord, cleanse us from all unrighteousness and help us to turn away from our sins.

Now, you have also asked for help to change. God is in the business of transforming lives, and He can certainly help you. As believers, we are called to be conformed to the image of Christ. As it says in Romans 12:2 WEB, "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."

To experience true change, we need to cooperate with the Holy Spirit's work in our lives. This involves spending time in God's Word, praying, and obeying His commands. As we do this, the Holy Spirit will renew our minds and transform our desires and actions.

Let's pray for God's help in this process of change:

Dear Lord,

We ask that You would continue Your work in us, transforming us into the likeness of Christ. Help us to put off the old self with its evil practices and put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. Give us the strength to resist temptation and the power to live holy lives. Fill us with Your Spirit and guide us in Your truth.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
