It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It is so important to come to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, His only begotten Son, and you have done that.
Firstly, we want to address your struggle with alcoholism. We commend you for acknowledging your struggle and seeking God's help. Remember, "Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." Your acknowledgment is the first step towards healing and recovery. God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Alcoholism is clearly condemned in the Bible. "Who has woe? Who has sorrow? Who has strife? Who has complaints? Who has needless bruises? Who has bloodshot eyes? Those who stay long at the wine; those who go to seek out mixed wine. Don't look at the wine when it is red, when it sparkles in the cup, when it goes down smoothly. In the end, it bites like a snake, and poisons like a viper."
We pray that God will grant you the strength and grace to overcome this struggle. May He renew your mind and body, and may you find complete healing and deliverance from alcoholism. We encourage you to seek support from fellow believers and professional help if necessary. "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."
Regarding your physical ailments, we believe that God has the power to heal you. We pray that His healing touch will be upon you, easing the pain in your back and legs. Remember that even in your suffering, God is with you, and He has a purpose for everything. "Bless Yahweh, my soul! Don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."
Your desire to be a better man, husband, father, and worker is commendable. We pray that God will grant you the wisdom, love, and strength to fulfill these roles to the best of your abilities. Remember that God has called you to be the spiritual leader of your home, to love your wife as Christ loved the church, and to raise your children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it. Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is righteous. You fathers, don't provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and nurture of the Lord."

Cleanse him from the disease of alcoholism, ease his physical pain, and help him to be the man, husband, father, and worker You have called him to be.
