Someone told me on yesterday, that “No Prayer Helps” in other words they let me know that “Prayer Doesn’t Work”. My answer to them is that "Prayer Works". Prayer moves the hand of God. God is not the Wizard of Oz, nor is God a Magician with a magic wand to grant our every wish and whim. We also play a part in God answering our prayers.

The Bible Tells Us…

James 5:16 (KJV): The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. (Avail means advantage toward attainment of a goal or purpose.)

A righteous person’s prayers are powerful, effective, produces wonderful results.

Psalm 37:4 (KJV): Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

Matthew 6:33-3 (KJV): But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Let’s Pray: God I ask You in Jesus’ name teach and instruct me through Your Word how to delight myself in You, seek first the Kingdom of God and Your righteousness, and live a righteous life. God I can’t do this in my own strength. I need your help. I need Your strength. Help and strengthen me Lord Jesus to accomplish this awesome goal for my life. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer and all those I love and care about. God Thank You! Amen!

Her credentials also consist of a Master of Arts from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and Graduate School in Christian Ministry with a focus on Pastoral Counseling. She has a Bachelor of Science with dual majors: Christian Leadership and Biblical Studies from the College of Biblical Studies. Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and the College of Biblical Studies are both regionally accredited institutions.

Linda specializes in Christian Life Coaching which includes: Christian Leadership, Christ-Centered Spiritual Formation, Hope, and Prophetic Coaching. Linda is a lifelong learner. She believes in providing positive leadership and guidance through love, acceptance, support, and discipline.

Linda believes that young people should have the freedom to express themselves knowing that there is JOY and liberty in serving the Lord. But all the while teaching them about the boundaries that God has set up for their protection. She enjoys teaching youth to give God glory in ministering in the performing arts for the advancement of the Kingdom Of God.

It’s Linda desire, by God’s grace, to play her part in reaching the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Linda believes in the Apostolic Doctrine. She believes in all the gifts of the Holy Spirit that we see exercised in the Scriptures have not ceased with the death of the last Apostle or the closing of the New Testament canon. They are available today and are to be eagerly desired and practiced in submission to the Holy Spirit speaking through the Scriptures (Romans 12:3-8, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11; 2 Corinthians 12:12; Ephesians 2:20; 4:7-12).

Let's Pray: God I ask You in Jesus' name bless each and every faithful prayer warrior on this site with the desires of their hearts as they each seek to delight themselves in the Lord, seek the kingdom of God and God's righteousness, and live a righteous life before the Lord according to the true pure Word of God. God bless each of us with a heart after Your own heart. A heart that beats to love You, seek You, and please You above anything else. God Thank You for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen. Thank You Jesus!
