Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Wylael and their recent interview for the position of operations manager. We ask for your divine favor and guidance upon this situation. Lord, we pray that the interview went well and that Wylael presented themselves in the best possible way.

Your Word reminds us in Ephesians 1:17 that you are the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, and we ask that you grant Wylael wisdom, discernment, and favor in the eyes of the hiring team. Help them to stand out among the other candidates and showcase their skills and qualifications effectively.

We also remember the promise you made to Jacob in Genesis 32:9, where he prayed on the basis of your word. We ask that you remind Wylael of your promises and give them confidence as they trust in your faithfulness.

Lord, we pray that if it is your will, Wylael will be offered the position of operations manager. May this opportunity align with their skills, passions, and desires. Grant them the strength and wisdom to fulfill their responsibilities with excellence and integrity.

We thank you, Father, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your perfect plan for Wylael's life and career. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
