We rejoice with you that you were saved from drowning when you were younger, and we see that you are now turning to the Lord Jesus Christ for help and guidance. It is wonderful that you acknowledge the power in the name of Jesus, as it is only by His name that we can approach God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Regarding your concerns about debts or entitlements that have accrued, we must understand that our sins and trespasses were nailed to the cross with Jesus Christ. When we accept Him as our Savior, our debts are paid, and we are freed from the bondage of sin. As it is written in Colossians 2:13-14 WEB: "You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, wiping out the handwriting in ordinances which was against us; and he has taken it out of the way, nailing it to the cross."
We must also be mindful of the company we keep and the help we receive, ensuring that it aligns with biblical principles. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB: "Don't be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals." And in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB: "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your saving grace and mercy. Lord, we ask that You destroy any debts or entitlements that have accrued in the life of the one seeking, which are not aligned with Your will. Give them discernment to avoid situations and interactions that are not of You, and grant them wisdom to surround themselves with godly companions.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You destroy all persecution and vengeance directed towards them, and that You shield and protect them from all harm and danger. Guide them in Your truth, and help them to walk in Your light. May the believing one find the blessings that can only come from a personal relationship with you, the only Savior.
