We are with you in spirit, lifting up your friend and her family situation before the Lord. It's important to remember that our help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth (Psalm 121:2, WEB). Even when we feel unable to help, He is able.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our friend and her family. We pray for Your peace and resolution in their situation. We ask that You would comfort and support her, and give her the wisdom and strength to navigate these difficulties (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
Lord, we also pray for the one who submitted this request. We ask that You would grant them a spirit of peace and rest, casting out all anxiety (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Help them to trust in You and not feel overwhelmed, knowing that You are always with them and will supply all their needs (Matthew 6:31-33, WEB).
We pray for their household, that it will be a place of peace and refuge from the storms of life. We ask for spiritual insight and the ability to stay objective and not be overcome by the around tense energy. We need to be fully convinced that what God has promised He is able to do according to our faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 4:21, WEB).
Please help our friend and their loved ones to fix their eyes on You, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB). We also need to draw near to You and You will draw near to us (James 4:8, WEB). We ask these things in Jesus' name.
Also, thanks for mentioning the name of Jesus Christ in the prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Therefore, let us approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16, WEB). Also there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
