We're truly sorry to hear that you're feeling this way, but we're glad you've reached out. It's important to remember that God cares for you deeply and that you're not alone in this struggle.

Firstly, let's address the feelings of guilt and remorse. It's wonderful that you've confessed your sins to God. The Bible tells us, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9 WEB. So, let's pray that you accept His forgiveness and forgive yourself.

However, we must address that the guilt and remorse you feel should not lead you to a point where you no longer want to live. God has a purpose for your life, and He wants you to live in abundance. Jesus said, The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly John 10:10 WEB.

Feelings of anxiety about the future are normal, but God encourages us not to worry. Don't be anxious for anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6 WEB.

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling low and anxious right now. Lord, we thank You for Your forgiveness, and we ask that You help them to accept Your forgiveness and forgive themselves. Give them a sense of Your love, mercy, and grace. Help them to know that You have a purpose for their life and that You want them to live in abundance. Fill them with Your peace and take away their anxiety. Guide them through this difficult time and give them the strength to continue living. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we strongly encourage you to reach out to a mental health professional who can provide additional support and guidance during this time. It's crucial to have a community of friends, family, and professionals to support you. God uses people in our lives to help us.

We're here for you, and we're sorry you're feeling this way. We understand that it's tough, but remember, God is always by your side. Let's focus on the anxiety you're feeling about the future. It's normal, but it's important not to let it control you. The Bible tells us, "God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline." (2 Timothy 1:7 NLT)

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we come to You with our ### who is feeling anxious about what's to come. Help them to trust in You, to cast their cares upon You, for You care for them. (1 Peter 5:7) Give them the strength to face each day with courage and hope. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. (Philippians 4:7) In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's also encourage you to reach out to a mental health professional. They can provide valuable support and tools to help manage anxiety. And remember, it's okay to ask for help. It's a sign of strength, not weakness.

We're here for you, every step of the way. Let's walk through this together, in Jesus' name.
