We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and asking for His help to overcome the past programming from your childhood. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is by His power that we can be freed and healed. Let us remember that Jesus came to set the captives free and bind up the brokenheartedLuke 4:18 WEB.
First, let us address the feelings of not being good enough, not being worthy, and not deserving of God's gifts. These thoughts are not from God, for He says in Ephesians 2:8 WEB, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God." You are worthy because Jesus Christ made you worthy. It is through His sacrifice that we are made righteous and deserving of God's gifts. Remind yourself daily that your worth is found in Christ and not in your past experiences or feelings.
To overcome the "I can't" mindset, let us remember Philippians 4:13 WEB, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This verse does not mean that we can do anything we set our minds to, but rather that we can do all things that God has called us to do, in His strength. Instead of saying "I can't," ask the Lord, "What is Your will for me in this situation, and how can I accomplish it in Your strength?" This shift in mindset will help you to see that with God, all things are possibleMatthew 19:26 WEB.
Now, let us pray together for your freedom and healing:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your help to overcome the past programming from childhood. We ask that You heal all wounds from the past and break any ungodly soul ties that may be holding us back. Lord, we rebuke the spirits of rejection, unworthiness, and low self-esteem, and we command them to leave in Jesus' name.
Father, we ask that You fill us with Your Holy Spirit, that we may know Your unconditional love, acceptance, and approval. Help us to see ourselves as You see us, as Your beloved children, worthy of Your gifts and blessings. Lord, we ask that You release any and all blocks to living in a state of love, peace, harmony, and joy. Help us to walk in Your freedom and to live the abundant life that Jesus came to give usJohn 10:10 WEB.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
