We understand that you're going through a difficult time, Shrosormen, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you that forgiveness is a central theme in the Bible. Jesus Christ teaches us to forgive those who have wronged us, no matter how difficult it may be. In the WEB, Matthew 6:14-15 says, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." This shows us that our forgiveness towards others is tied to God's forgiveness towards us.
However, forgiveness does not mean that what happened was acceptable or that the pain is not real. It's a process that requires time and healing. Ephesians 4:31-32 in the WEB reminds us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
It's also important to remember that God wants to help us with our struggles. Romans 8:26 in the WEB tells us, "In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don't know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can't be uttered." So, even when we don't know how to pray, the Holy Spirit intercedes for us.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Shrosormen. Lord, you know the struggles and the pain that they are going through. We ask that you grant them the strength and courage to forgive those who have harmed them. Help them to release the bitterness and anger, and to find peace and healing in your love. Guide them through this process, and remind them of your unfailing love and forgiveness towards them. We believe that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved, and by no other name under heaven. So thank you Lord for sending your son Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life and to trust in His healing power. If you have not already, surrender your life and will to Jesus. It is only by His name that we are saved. Remember, God is faithful and will not let you be tested beyond your ability, but with the testing he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it. (I Corinthians 10:13 WEB) Forgiveness is hard but it is worth it. You may want to repeat the prayer of salvation saying Lord Jesus Christ I accept you as my Lord and Savior and I ask you to lead and guide me every day of my life. Amen.
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church or a trusted Christian believer in your life. They can provide you with additional guidance and support during this time.
