Dear Lord Please help me to accept my past and move forward with a lighter heart. Release me from the burden of guilt that I carry. I ask this in Jesus name. Amen

We understand that you're seeking help to accept your past and move forward, and we're here to support you in prayer and counsel. It's commendable that you've acknowledged your past and the burden of guilt you're carrying. It's important to note from scripture in First John where the apostle says,
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 WEB.
This verse reminds us that confession of sins is essential for forgiveness and cleansing. It's not just about acknowledging past mistakes, but also about confessing and repenting from sins. Remember, guilt and conviction can be good when they lead us to repentance, but they should not become a burden that keeps us from moving forward in our walk with Christ. We can be assured with the words of Jesus,
Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30 WEB.

Dear Lord, we come before you lifting up ### who has been burdened by their past and the guilt that comes with it. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
