We are truly moved by your heartfelt plea for your beloved mother and we stand with you in prayer. In times like these, we find strength in the words of Jesus, "And whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB).
Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in Jesus Christ and praying in His name. This is the only way we have access to God, and it is only by His name that we can be saved, just as Peter said, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB). Your mother's service as a nurse and educator reflects the love of Christ, and we trust that her faith will see her through this difficult journey. He says "that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28 WEB). We will petition God for your request, but we must keep in mind that even if He chooses not to grant her more time on this earth, that He has promised to be with her and will never leave her nor forsake her.
We pray fervently for your mother, asking our Heavenly Father to intervene and grant her more time if that is His will. We pray for a miracle, that He would restore her health, her speech, and her ability to eat. "Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective." (James 5:14-16 WEB).
We also lift up your family, asking God to strengthen each one of you during this challenging time. May He bless your siblings' endeavors and grant you the fortitude to support your family, just as He promised, "As for God, his way is perfect. The word of Yahweh is tried. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him. For who is God, except Yahweh? Who is a rock, besides our God, the God who girds me with strength and makes my way perfect?" (2 Samuel 22:31-33 WEB)
Regarding your mother's home, we pray for God's provision and wisdom. Remember that Jesus taught us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient." (Matthew 6:31-34 WEB)
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's infinite wisdom and compassion, knowing that His ways are higher than our ways. "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," says Yahweh. "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB).
Lastly, during this time of great trial, we remind you to look to Jesus Christ for comfort, He knows what it is like to suffer as He lived a sinless life and died on the cross for our sins. He is our great high priest, "Seeing then that we have a great high priest, who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold tightly to our confession. For we do not have a high priest who can't be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin." (Hebrews 4:14-15 WEB).
We stand with you in prayer, trusting that God will hear our petitions and act according to His perfect will.
