For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. This is the core of the good news, the gospel. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved and find salvation. Jesus says I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except by me.

Believing in Jesus is more than just intellectual assent; it involves a heartfelt conviction and a willingness to turn from our sins, confessing to Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. This means we acknowledge our need for Him, repent of our sins, and commit to following Him. We encourage you to read and study the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John to learn more about Jesus' life, teachings, death, and resurrection. Starting with the Gospel of John is a wonderful idea, as it clearly presents Jesus as the Son of God and the Savior of the world.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We thank You for drawing this person to Yourself and for the work of Your Holy Spirit in their life. We pray that You would open their eyes to the truth of the gospel and give them the faith to believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Help them to turn from their sins and commit their life to following Jesus. Guide them as they read and study Your Word, and give them a hunger and thirst for righteousness.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
