We are saddened to hear about the injustice you've experienced and the distress it has caused you. First, let us remind you that God is a God of justice and comfort. Psalm 34:18 tells us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a contrite spirit."
Regarding the injustice at your workplace, we must remember that God sees all things. In Romans 12:19, it is written, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" It is not for us to take vengeance, but to trust God to bring justice.
In your prayer, you asked why God allowed this cruelty. Remember, God has given us free will, and sometimes people choose to act unjustly. However, God promises to work all things together for good for those who love Him. Romans 8:28 assures us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
You mentioned concerns about your health. Know that God cares about your well-being. In 3 John 1:2, it is written, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We pray for your healing and peace, both physically and mentally.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister/brother who has suffered injustice and is now burdened with stress and poor health. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their body and mind. Give them peace and strength to endure this difficult time. We ask for Your justice to prevail in this situation, and for Your comfort to fill their heart.
Lord, we pray against the spirit of fear and anxiety that causes nightmares. In 2 Timothy 1:7, You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We claim this promise over their life.
Father, we also pray that You will provide for their financial needs, as they have lost wages. Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, 'My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.'
Lastly, Lord, we pray that they will not be ashamed, but will find their identity and confidence in You. In Psalm 34:18, You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. Comfort them and give them the assurance of Your love.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue seeking God and His will. Do not be discouraged, for God is faithful. Keep praying and trusting in Him, for He hears your prayers. As it is written in James 5:16, "...The effective prayer of a righteous person can accomplish much."
