Please pray about my current employer, supervisor, and coworkers in my department. For the last two days a new guy has been training for a front desk position. There is a younger lady that has been doing it for a while and is elevating to a different position already. However, before that someone suitable needs to take her old place and then she can move into the new position. The problem is that my supervisor comes off as racist, ignorant, and talks to people like their children. I have gotten into it with him once before for raising his tone at me and even had a meeting with HR to discuss the issue when it happened. I have moved on and forgiven him so that I can continue focusing on work at work. We had a guy training for two days in which I had a few talks with him. He introduced himself and let me know he had some disabilities. Also, he mentioned how he liked learning the job but wanted to do what I did instead. I told him everything will work out and he could. He then says it might take him a while to do it so I encouraged him despite how he felt or his words. A couple of hours later HR came down by where him, the lady training him, and I were. She asked the woman training him what she thought and how he did. After talking quietly she came back telling me she feels bad for her response to HR. She is a sweet person and very young to which management tries to use her to do their dirty work. I recently told her to be a good person and don’t let them use her to make other people’s lives hard on purpose. An hour later old female team lead tells everyone in my department he won’t be back and starts saying all kinds of mean things about him. Like his looks and saying how less smart the man was. He informed me he has a speech impediment and some hearing issues. I didn’t care because he is still a person with feelings. No one in management told him he would not be coming back and I pulled him aside telling him between us what was said. Reason I did because during the last group meeting he was under the impression he would be attending a coworker’s 30-year at the company party tomorrow. During the group meeting my supervisor would respond to his questions rudely and the man held his attitude responding nicely despite the supervisor’s actions. Then the two ladies I work with, they are always talking about someone new or even me or each other when none of us have done anything to them except be nice. I am very upset how that man was treated by the supervisor and people in my department. I mean he has disabilities and did the best he can. All day I kept my conversation short to none and just done my job. From this point on I don’t have much of anything to say to anyone I work with. This to me is just wrong and out of line. So my prayer is that the supervisor, the two old team leads, two ladies in my department learn how to watch what they say in Jesus Name. I pray that as old as they are they have more wisdom when it comes to how they treat people in Jesus Name. I am asking God for a complete turnaround in this department and in the office with the supervisor in Jesus Name. I pray that all this evil and different forms of hate that people in my department keep sprucing comes to an end because enough is enough already. They have been and continue to do this each and every day. They even group together to try to get someone in trouble or mess with the work to set someone up for failure. I just ask God for change and that whatever needs to take place comes soon in Jesus Name. I don’t wish nothing bad on anyone and I am simply asking God to fix all of this in Jesus Mighty Name Amen. May God’s light shine on all this darkness and plot out all that needs fixing Amen.
