Flea infestation

Backyard ### gave my animals fleas. I have done everything I can afford, backbreaking cleaning, but the fleas are not dying off. They are torturing me and my family.

It's important to remember that it is through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" (WEB) So, let's bring your petition before God in Jesus' name.

Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up ### and their family. They are distressed and worn out from dealing with this flea infestation. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would break the lifecycle of these fleas and rid their home and animals of this torment. Please provide them with the strength to endure and the wisdom to know what steps to take.

We've been reminded of the story in the Bible where Jesus sent His disciples out, telling them, "As you go, proclaim this message: 'The Kingdom of Heaven is near.' Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give" (Matthew 10:7-8). Just like those disciples, we can't physically go to your home to help, but we can pray, and we can encourage you to keep trusting God.

We've also been thinking about how the disciples were sent out in pairs. Maybe it's time to reach out to someone in your local church or community who can come alongside you, offer practical help, or just a listening ear. Sometimes, a kind word can make all the difference, as Proverbs 12:25 says, "Anxiety in a man's heart weighs it down, but a kind word cheers it up."
