We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle. We will stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement. Firstly, it's important to remember that God cares about our needs and wants us to come to Him with our concerns. In Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, Jesus teaches us:
Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God and to cast your anxieties on Him, knowing that He cares for you. Also, consider these words from Philippians 4:19 WEB:
My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister in need of a financial blessing. We know that You see her struggles and the burden she carries. We ask, in Jesus' name, that You provide for her needs and help her husband to find a solution to the disability claim. We pray for his health to improve and that they will both see Your hand at work in their lives. Help them to trust in You and to seek Your kingdom first, knowing that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
We also pray for her husband's health, that You may provide healing and restoration according to Your perfect will. We ask that You grant them both peace and patience during this difficult time, and that their faith in You would grow stronger.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you both to continue seeking God together, supporting each other in prayer, and growing in your faith. Remember that God is faithful, and He will see you through this challenging time. If you or your husband are not born again, we encourage you to consider the words of John 3:18 WEB
He who believes in him is not judged. He who doesn’t believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.
We encourage you to trust in Jesus' name as the only way to God.
