Firstly, we would like to remind you that God honors those who honor Him, including in the area of finances. This includes the practice of tithing and generous giving. As it is written in Malachi 3:10, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this," says Yahweh of Armies, "if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough for." Also, 2 Corinthians 9:6-7, "Remember this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly. He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Let each man give according as he has determined in his heart; not grudgingly, or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver."
Secondly, we must also be wise stewards of our finances, ensuring that we are not overspending or mismanaging what God has entrusted to us. As it is written in Proverbs 21:20, "There is precious treasure and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but a foolish man swallows it up."
Regarding the rent that is due and the payments you are waiting for, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and provision. It may be that He is teaching you patience and faith through this trial. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We also must address that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation is available for us. We believe in the power of praying in Jesus' name and encourage you to do the same. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

We ask that You soften the hearts of those who owe him/her money, that they may pay their debts promptly. We pray for Your divine intervention in his/her financial situation, that You may provide for his/her needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to be wise stewards of their finances and to trust in Your timing and provision. We also pray that they may come to know You more intimately through this trial, and that You may be glorified in their life. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
