I am feeling like it's hot. I don't know if it's from gastritis or from too much sun. I am on my beach holidays. So Holy Spirit, please cool me. Amen..

We understand that you're feeling uncomfortably hot, ###, and it's causing you some distress. While you've attributed it to possibly gastritis or too much sun, we want to remind you that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and it's essential to care for them as such. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
However, we noticed that your prayer was not addressed in the name of Jesus. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and the power of the Holy Spirit. As Jesus Himself said, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do" (John 14:13 WEB). So, let us pray for you in the name of Jesus, asking for His healing and comfort.
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your healing touch upon ###. If her discomfort is due to an illness, we pray that You would grant wisdom to discern the cause and provide a swift recovery. If it is indeed the heat that is causing this distress, we ask for Your cool and refreshing breeze to soothe her, both physically and spiritually. Help her to enjoy her holidays while keeping her body and spirit in good health. Remind her to stay hydrated and seek shade when necessary. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Also, continue to seek the Lord and pray in Jesus' name, for it is in Him that we find true comfort and healing. As the Psalmist writes, "I will praise the Lord, who counsels me; even in the night, my heart instructs me. I have set the Lord always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved" (Psalm 16:7-8 WEB).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
