We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, and we are grateful for the opportunity to stand in agreement with you in your spiritual journey.
We are encouraged to hear that the spiritual warfare is calming down, and we trust that God is working in your life. If you have experienced a renewed sense of peace and assurance in your salvation, we would be blessed to hear about it. Please share a praise report with our community, testifying to God's goodness and faithfulness.
If, however, you are still wrestling with doubts and uncertainties, we want you to know that we are here to support you. It is normal to have questions and to wonder if you've truly been born again, especially when everything still seems the same. Remember, being born again is a spiritual transformation that may not always manifest in immediate outward changes. It is a work of the Holy Spirit in your heart, convicting you of sin, drawing you to Christ, and giving you a desire to follow Him.
If you find that some days all you have is a profession of Christ, hold onto that profession. The Bible tells us that if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our heart that God raised him from the dead, we will be saved (Romans 10:9).
To help you find assurance, we encourage you to reflect on your life and ask yourself these questions:
1. Have I acknowledged my sinfulness and my need for a savior?
2. Have I believed in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, trusting in His death and resurrection for my salvation?
3. Have I invited Jesus into my life, surrendering to His lordship?
4. Do I have a desire to obey God's Word and live a life that is pleasing to Him?
5. Do I have a growing love for other believers and a desire to fellowship with them?
These are some signs of being born again. Remember, our salvation is not based on our feelings but on the promises of God and the finished work of Christ on the cross.
Please, if you are still uncertain, post your prayer request again. We would be honored to continue praying for you, asking God to give you clarity, assurance, and a tangible sense of His presence in your life.
May God bless you richly as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We are praying for you.
