We are with you in spirit, lifting up your husband in prayer during this crucial time. We pray that the Lord will bring to his remembrance all that he has studied and prepared for Isaiah 41:10, "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
We ask God to grant him confidence, not in his own abilities, but in the knowledge that God is with him and will help him face this challenge. We pray that your husband will trust in the Lord, for the battle is His 2 Chronicles 20:15, "Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed at the great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's."
We also lift up the examiners to God, asking that He will enlighten their hearts and minds. We pray that they will be fair and just, as it is God who guides their decisions Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is in the hand of Yahweh as the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."
Lastly, we encourage you both to trust in the Lord, knowing that His will is perfect and that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him, even when the outcome is not as we hope Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Let us also remember to give thanks in all circumstances and to keep our faith and prayers centered on Jesus Christ, for it is through Him that we have access to God Ephesians 2:18, "For through him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father."
Father, we come before You, lifting up this man of God. We pray for Your will to be done in his life and for Your hand to guide him through this exam. We ask that You will give him wisdom, understanding, and knowledge. We pray the same for the examiners. We ask this all in Jesus' name.
