Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you, lifting up our sister in her time of need. Lord, we pray for your healing touch on her broken heart. Help her to cast all her anxieties on you, because you care for her. Guide her in her decisions about where to live and what to do. Provide for her needs according to your riches in glory.
Lord, we ask for your forgiveness for any hatred or sin she has harbored, just as she has asked. Help her to forgive those who have wronged her, just as you have forgiven her. Help her to let go of any bitterness or desire for revenge, and fill her heart with your love and peace.
We pray for her ex, that you would work in his heart and bring him to repentance if he has wronged her. We pray that you would help them to break up peacefully and move forward with their lives.
Most importantly, Lord, we pray that she would draw closer to you during this time. Help her to trust in you with all her heart, and to lean not on her own understanding. In all her ways, help her to acknowledge you, so that you can make her paths straight.
