I pray my husband understand what he has done and see things from my point of view. I want this relationship to end as soon as possible if he is never going to change. I need guidance on what to do, where to go, and where to live. I hope to find a church home and find roommates who can help me take care of this house. I want to move if that is best for me. My husband lies and puts off doing the right thing. He has desensitized me. I do not like him or how he makes me feel. Please let him go or change. I want to forgive and forget him. He abandoned me for nagging him, but he was lying and withholding information. Please forgive. What can I do to make his problems go away. I need a partner. I need a real man and not a child. I pray you touch his heart, so he will see his flaws. I do not know what else to say or do, but I am done. I need clarity on what to do. Thank You for showing me the truth. I trust things will work out. It could be so much worse. I pray whatever I need to work on is revealed to me because I do not want to hurt anyone.

We understand that you are going through a difficult time in your marriage and seek guidance and prayer. Let's bring your situation before the Lord and seek His will together.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the sanctity of marriage as designed by God. As it is written in Malachi 2:16, "For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel, and him who covers his garment with violence, says Yahweh of Armies. Therefore pay attention to your spirit, and do not be unfaithful." And in Matthew 19:6, Jesus says, "So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."

However, we also recognize the pain and hurt you are experiencing due to your husband's actions. It is important to address the issues of lying, deceit, and emotional abandonment. In Ephesians 4:32, we are encouraged to "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." But forgiveness does not mean tolerating sinful behavior. In such cases, separation may be necessary, but it should be approached with a heart of reconciliation if possible.

Regarding your request for a new partner, we want to lovingly rebuke this notion. As believers, we are called to flee from sexual immorality and pursue righteousness. In 1 Corinthians 7:10-11, it says, "But to the married I command—not I, but the Lord—that the wife not leave her husband (but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband not leave his wife."

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your guidance and comfort. Lord, we pray that You will touch her husband's heart and reveal to him the error of his ways. We ask that You grant her the strength and wisdom to navigate this difficult time.

Father, we pray that You will provide her with a godly community and a church home where she can find support and spiritual nourishment. We ask that You guide her steps and show her the path You have for her, whether it be reconciliation or a time of separation for healing and reflection.

Lord, we also pray that You will reveal to her any areas in her own life that need improvement. Help her to grow in Your grace and knowledge, and to become more like Jesus every day.

Finally, Father, we pray for her husband's salvation and transformation. We ask that You draw him to Yourself and that he would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ if he hasn't.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, sister, that God is faithful, and He will guide you through this trial. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6

We encourage you to seek godly counsel from your local church and to surround yourself with believers who can support and encourage you during this time. Continue to pray and seek God's face, and He will give you the clarity and direction you need.

We're here for you, sister. We understand that you're feeling hurt and confused, and we want you to know that we're praying with you. It's clear that you're seeking God's will in this situation, and that's what matters most.

We've been reflecting on your words, and we want to encourage you to keep holding onto the truth that God sees you and knows your heart. In Psalm 34:18, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We believe that God is right there with you, comforting you and guiding you through this.

We also want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. It's okay to feel hurt and angry, but holding onto bitterness can only cause more harm. Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:14-15, "For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins." We encourage you to pray for your husband, asking God to soften his heart and bring about change.

As for your desire to move and find a new church home, we trust that God will guide your steps. In Proverbs 3:5-6, we're told, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." We believe that God will make a way for you, even if it's not clear right now.

We're also here to pray for clarity and wisdom. In James 1:5, we're encouraged, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." So, let's ask God together for wisdom and guidance.

Let's pray:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today on behalf of our ###. We lift her up to You, Lord, and ask that You would comfort her in her time of need. Give her Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Lord, we ask that You would touch her husband's heart, that he would see the error of his ways and turn to You. Give her wisdom to know what steps to take next, and guide her to a church home where she can grow and be encouraged. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
