We are truly sorry to hear that you've been going through a challenging time this year. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 WEB.
Firstly, we want to encourage you to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5 WEB tells us, "We are destroying imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." It's crucial to fill your mind with God's word and His promises, rather than dwelling on negative thoughts.
Regarding your desires for a home and a job, it's important to remember that God cares about our needs. Matthew 6:31-33 WEB says, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, You know the struggles they've been facing this year. We ask for Your comfort and peace to fill their heart and mind. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
Father, we pray for Your provision in their life. Open the right doors for a job that will not only meet their financial needs but also aligns with Your will for their life. Guide them to a home where they can find rest and peace.
We also pray against any negative thoughts or influences. Help them to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. Fill their mind with Your word and Your promises.
Lastly Lord, we pray for their faith. If they have not done so, we pray that they believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. If they have put their faith in Jesus Christ we pray that their faith be strengthened and that they live in obedience to Your word.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able. But with the temptation, He will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB. Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through.
Further, we want to encourage you to find a Bible believing church in your area. Ask God to lead you to a fellowship of believers where you can be discipled in the things of God. There is nothing better than to have fellow believers praying for you and encouraging you in the things of God.
