We join you in lifting up your family and your personal needs to God, who is our refuge and strength. Let us first address the need to pray in Jesus' name, as you have done. It is only by His name that we are saved and have access to the Father. We are grateful you understand this vital truth.
We commend you for being concerned about the spiritual well-being of your family. In 1 John 5.14-15 WEB, it is written, "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and blessings for our beloved family.
Father, we ask for Your protection over our house. May Your holy angels surround and guard our dwelling, keeping all evil and harm at bay. We pray that You would forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. May Your cleansing power cast out and destroy all that is not good in our lives.
Lord, we lift up our brother as he goes to his job and classes. Guide his steps, grant him wisdom, and give him success in all of his endeavors. Help him to be a man of good work ethic. Help him to be a light to a dark world and a good example to all that he meets. May he view his job and classes as a place to honor You.
Father, we also lift up our sister. Guide her in her classes and job. Help her to be an example to her coworkers and classmates. May she find favor in Your sight and in the sight of those around her.
Lord, be with our mother as she goes to her appointment. Guide the hands of the medical professionals. Give them wisdom and skill to make the correct decisions for her health. Be with her in her mind and in her heart as she trusts in You.
Father, bless our father. Guide him, give him strength, and grant him a deeper walk with You. Help him to be a leader in the family. Help him to lead the family in righteousness. Help him to be a picture of You to the family.
Lord, we also pray for deliverance from evil music and all demonic possession and influence. May Your Holy Spirit cleanse our minds and hearts. Help us to remember the things that are good, pure, and holy. Help us to fill our minds with Your Word and with music that praises Your name. Cast down any strongholds that the enemy may have in our lives. In Jesus' name, we command all demons to flee. May they never return.
Father, we also pray for our neighbors and our community. May they come to know You and walk in Your ways.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in God, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His perfect will. Stand firm in the faith, and do not be led astray. Pursue holiness in all areas of your life, including the music you listen to and the influences you allow into your life and home. Ephesians 5.18-20 WEB says "And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; giving thanks always concerning all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to God, even the Father."
Remember in the Bible where it says in 1 John 1.9-10 WEB "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us." Continue to confess your sins and pray for your family.
We are here with you in spirit, praying and interceding on your behalf. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will guide your paths.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
