We understand that you are seeking forgiveness, deliverance, and a closer walk with God. Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer 'in Jesus Christ name', for it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As scripture states there is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me, John 14:6 (WEB).
We also rejoice with you as you seek to turn away from sexual immorality and lust, as this is a common struggle but one that God calls us to flee from. 'Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body,' 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to intercede for this dear soul. We thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy. We ask for Your forgiveness on their behalf for the sins they have confessed to You. We pray for their deliverance from any demons of sexual immorality, lust, and evil eye that may be plaguing them. Cast out these spirits, Lord, and let them have the ability to say, 'I have the power to keep my body under control,' as the apostle Paul was able to declare in 1 Corinthians 9:27 (WEB).
We ask that You would give them a willing spirit to pray and to seek You with all their heart. Turn their eyes away from the things of this world and onto You, dear Lord. Help them to not be interested in seeking other people but to seek You and Your kingdom first, trusting that You will add to them all the things they need Matthew 6:33 (WEB).
We pray for Your protection over them, that You would guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7 (WEB). We ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may have the power to live a life that is pleasing to You.
We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Continue to walk in the light of God's Word and trust in His power to deliver and redeem. Remember, 'No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it,' 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB).
Stand strong in the faith and keep seeking God with all your heart.
