We are glad that you have come to seek forgiveness and offer up your petitions to God. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray together for your forgiveness and your other intentions. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, your Son. We confess that we have sinned and fallen short of Your glory. Please forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. We ask this in Jesus Christ's name.
We also lift up the other concerns of this person to You, dear Father. We pray that Your will be done in their life and that You guide them according to Your purpose. Give them the strength and wisdom to follow Your path, and help them to grow in their relationship with You. We pray for Jesus Christ to be the Lord and Savior in the life of this person. Provide for them and guard them from evil.
Finally, let us remember the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust in the Lord that He is working everything out for your good, as you continue to walk with Him and grow in His grace and knowledge. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author, and finisher of your faith.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
