We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness in Jesus' name. It is written in 1 John 1:9 WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who has humbly asked for Your forgiveness. Lord, they have mentioned four things for which they seek Your pardon. We do not need to mention them, for You know all things. We claim Your promise in 1 John 1:9, that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Father, we thank You for the forgiveness that is available through Jesus Christ. We pray that this person will experience the joy of Your forgiveness and the peace that comes from being reconciled to You. Help them to walk in Your ways and to live a life that is pleasing to You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to walk in obedience to God's word and to trust in His forgiveness. Remember the words of Romans 8:1 WEB, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit."
If you have not already, turn away from the specific sins you mentioned and strive to live according the Spirit, obeying God's commands. God loves you and He desires for you to live a life that is pleasing to Him. Trust in His forgiveness and His love for you.

We're praying that you'll feel the weight of your sins lift off your shoulders, and that you'll experience the joy and peace that comes from being forgiven.

As it says in Isaiah 1:16-17, "Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean; remove the evil of your doings from before my eyes; cease to do evil, learn to do good; seek justice, rescue the oppressed, defend the orphan, plead for the widow." Let's strive to live in a way that pleases God, walking in His ways and obeying His commands.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
