We rejoice with you as you've come with a humble heart seeking forgiveness and strength from the Lord. We are reminded in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." So we stand with you in prayer.
Let us pray: Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness and strength for this dear one. We confess that we all fall short of Your glory, and we need Your mercy and grace. Thank You for Your faithful forgiveness. Now, Lord, we ask for Your help to strengthen our brother/sister both spiritually and physically. Give them the resolve and endurance to exercise their body, which is Your temple, as well as their faith. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (WEB), "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's." As you exercise, remember you are caring for God's temple, and He is glorified in that discipline.
Be encouraged by Philippians 4:13 (WEB), "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Trust that as you lean on Jesus, He will provide the strength you need, both for spiritual living and physical exercise.
