Disciple of Prayer
Due to bad credit (paying for an out of state college tuition off of credit cards) I knew that I wouldn't be able to get a place to rent here in Los Angeles. Then as the economy declined and me being an independent contractor (marketing/publicity) in the movie/tv industry (another unstable business) I barely had enough for myself.
I prayed for both a place to rent (I was turned down alot) and a stable job with health insurance because I was in deep despair. I have a deadline to move out (living for free at a friend's place and they are moving) and through a series of miracles, I found a landlord willing to rent to me. Praise God!
However, after various small projects (I used that money to pay my immediate: cell phone bill, groceries, gas (my car is 30 years old) etc etc) I do not have money left over to pay the rent deposit and first months rent. I have until this Monday (Oct 6, 2013) or else I will lose my place (I have seen this place before and I fell in love. I never applied for it, but the current tenant had moved out and suddenly, I was approved!) I have been applying for many jobs and had many interviews and close calls. But no stable job yet.
The deposit is high as she knows of my bad credit (I just told her the score, due to my honesty, she didn't check. I mean, who would lie about a terrible credit score?)
I have been praying but I am scared that God may not answer. I have exhausted all options (I don't qualify for a loan, I don't have parents with money, and being in the late 20's early 30's, many of my friends are either pink slipped or still live with their parents working at their company. Those who do work, don't have that much left over in their savings and I have no right to be asking to borrow) And I don't have anyone that can take me in.
Please pray that God will send a miracle (as my landlord is getting impatient). Thank you for your love and reading all of this
