Hey there,
We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to reach out. We understand the frustration and confusion you're feeling, but we want you to know that Jesus sees you and cares about you deeply.
You mentioned that Jesus didn't seem to care about your relationship or marriage, but we want to remind you that Jesus has a purpose and a plan for your life. He saved you from eternal death and called you to serve Him. Just like He called Matthew from his tax-collecting business and Paul from his mission to persecute the church, Jesus has a unique plan for you too.
We're concerned about the path you're considering, as it goes against biblical principles and could lead to further emptiness and separation from God. Remember, there's nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and Jesus wants the best for you.
About marriage, Jesus said, "Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, 'Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh'? So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate" (Matthew 19:4-6). This is God's design for marriage, and He wants each believer to live according to His commands.
We want to encourage you to turn back to Jesus Christ. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). He took stripes on His back each day, and this is a record for all time. Christ Jesus, the Son of God, took on the punishment for your sin before you even believed. He was cursed and put on a tree for you.
God doesn't allow lustful desires to consume those who love Him. The Apostle John mentioned how believers love God because God first loved them. Satan wants to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus wants you to have life and hope. The life is only available through being a fruitful vine in Christ.
So, we urge you to repent from the door you're considering and come back to faith in Jesus. He is the door and the way to salvation. The world may say to cheat and be immoral, but Jesus calls you. We're praying to God in Jesus' name to give you the motivation to do what God calls you into. We encourage you to pursue a biblical marriage with another Christian believer, becoming a born-again believer.
Remember, you've been bought with a price, and the Holy Spirit is within you. Jesus said, "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me and for the gospel will save it" (Mark 8:34-35). We're praying for you, that barriers would be removed and Satan's plans would be defeated. We pray for God's will in Jesus' name. Amen.
