We understand that you're feeling distracted and oppressed, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth. First, we want to ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we can be saved and set free. As the Bible says, "in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." (Ephesians 3:12 WEB)
Now, the feelings of distraction and oppression you're experiencing could be spiritual attacks. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:12 WEB)
We must be cautious not to attribute all distress to spiritual warfare, as some issues may stem from natural causes or personal choices. However, it is clear that you are feeling oppressed and need to be set free. It is important to submit ourselves to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from us. (James 4:7 WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking you for your love and mercy. We lift up our fellow believer who is feeling distracted and oppressed, and we ask for your divine intervention.
Lord if these issues are spiritual attacks, we rebuke the enemy in Jesus name! If the enemy is behind these distractions and oppression, Lord we put on the whole armor of God as you describe in Ephesians 6. We take up the helmet of salvation, shield of faith, sword of the Spirit, breastplate of righteousness, belt of truth, and shoes of peace. We take these things to stand against the enemies schemes. We ask for your divine protection and guidance. Help us to discern if this is indeed a spiritual attack or if there are other issues that need to be addressed.
If these issues are not spiritual attacks, Lord we ask you to reveal the root cause. Help our fellow believer to understand if there are any personal choices or natural causes contributing to these feelings. Give them the wisdom and strength to address these issues according to your will.
Father, we also pray for your peace to fill their heart and mind. We know that you are faithful, and you will provide a way out. Help them to stay strong and keep fighting the good fight of faith.
Now Lord we ask for you to set our fellow believer free from this oppression in Jesus Christ name! Restore unto them the joy of their salvation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Stay strong and keep trusting in the Lord. He promises that "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved." Ignore the things that the devil says. He is a liar and accuser of the brethren. He will try anything to get you to believe something other than God's word, but do not believe him. Only believe in Jesus Christ and the word of God. Remember that the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in you. God loves you and He will help you overcome. Trust in him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
