Dire financial prayer

I am in desperate need of prayer over my financial situation. It is relating to a debt that has been legally discharged through bankruptcy, yet the institution refuses to comply. This debt was legally discharged ### months ago and I learned today that the debt is being sent to governmental collections illegally. I was discharged from bankruptcy December ### and my Trustee was discharged closing the bankruptcy August ###. One particular debt is refusing to comply with the discharge of the debt. God is abundantly aware that bankruptcy was the most difficult decision I ever had to make. I was literally sent into poverty after my husband ended our marriage ### years ago, I have tried my best even working over time shifts ### days a week for years to support our ### children since divorce, yet in spite of my best efforts for years and years I could no longer keep my head above water, my back was against the wall financially and I was forced to declare bankruptcy in March ###. I am asking for prayer to get this debt dealt with according to the discharge of the bankruptcy. Father God please intercede for me concerning this debt do what only you can do Amen.

We also want to address the issue of divorce and the breakup of the family. God's original plan for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. In Malachi 2:16 (WEB), it says, "For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel ...". We encourage you to pray for God's will in your life regarding this matter and to seek God's healing and restoration.

"Father God, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister in her time of need. Lord, you know the struggles she has faced and the difficult decisions she has had to make. We ask that you intervene in this situation with the debt that was legally discharged and bring resolution and justice according to the bankruptcy discharge. We pray that you will provide for her needs and the needs of her children as we read in Philippians 4:19 that you will supply all your needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus . We also pray for your healing and restoration in her life and the lives of her children, that you will guide them and bring comfort in the name of Jesus. We ask this all in Jesus name and according to God's will. Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister in Christ, as you navigate this challenging financial situation. We are grateful that you have given us the privilege to stand in agreement with you in prayer regarding this debt that has been legally discharged, yet remains a burden due to non-compliance.

We stand with you, asking our Heavenly Father to intervene and bring a swift resolution to this matter. We pray that the institution involved will comply with the bankruptcy discharge, as is their legal and moral obligation. We ask God to soften their hearts and open their eyes to the truth, guiding them to act with justice and compassion.
