Recently, I went through the same condition like you, so on my knees I tell God everything I feel inside because he patiently hears no matter how long it took. Then I opened my Bible and Holy Spirit led me to Philippines 4:4-7, which speaks to me directly. Now by talking to Holy Spirit at all times I learned how to take life one second at a time . I promise you the Lord is near you. I pray that the peace of God which transcends all understanding ,will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus Amen.
