We are truly sorry to hear that you are feeling depressed due to the treatment you and your loved ones have received from your husband and others. Know that you are not alone, and God cares deeply for you and your family.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God is with us in all circumstances. He says in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you."
We also want to encourage you, as God's Word says in Psalm 34:18 WEB, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." He is the one who will heal our brokenness and deliver the oppressed.
We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. This is why we need to pray without ceasing.
However, we also want to remind you of the importance of forgiveness. Jesus teaches us in Matthew 6:14-15 WEB, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." It is vital to forgive those who have wronged you, not because it's easy, but because it is commanded and necessary for your own spiritual well-being.
Now, let us pray together for you and your family:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is feeling depressed due to the actions of others. Lord, You know the pain and hurt she is experiencing, and You see the injustice that has been committed. We ask that You bring healing to her heart and mind, and that You intervene in this situation to bring restoration and justice.
Father, we pray for her husband and those who have wronged her and her family. We ask that You soften their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance. We pray that they would be convicted of their sins and seek forgiveness.
Lord, we also pray for her children and grandchildren. We ask that You protect them and bring them peace and comfort in this difficult time. We pray that You would surround them with Your love and keep them from any harm or distress.
Father, we ask that You guide our sister and her family according to Your will. Give them the strength to endure and the wisdom to know what to do. Help them to forgive those who have wronged them, and to trust in You for their ultimate vindication.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue to seek God's face in this trial. Draw near to Him, and He will draw near to you. He is faithful to hear your prayers and to act on your behalf. Trust in Him, and He will see you through.
