Demonic Strongholds continue

When you say your prayers today, will you please pray for my son? We are into month 2 of him being in the mental health/addiction recovery facility. He still will not have anything to do with anyone in his family, he will not agree to family therapy and he still thinks everyone else is the problem and he is fine. I spoke to him through the therapist a few days ago and he still says he wants to live in his car! I am trusting in Jesus Christ that this week will be a week of acknowledgement, restoration, acceptance and victory. And having faith that the Lord will put the right words in the mouths of the employees at the facility and they will see his need for continued treatment and they will advocate for it! Also pray that insurance will continue to pay for my son to stay at the PHP facility until at least April and that the judge will continue to extend the Marchman Act so my son can continue receiving the care he needs for all of 2025. Also, pray that I receive a call from someone at the facility today willing to give me an update as I haven't spoken to anyone about his care in over 2 weeks. Thank you!

We understand your heartache and concern for your son, and we stand with you in prayer and support. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that the battle you're facing is spiritual.

As it is written, For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.

Your son's behaviors indicate that he may be influenced by strongholds that need to be broken down through the power of Jesus Christ. As it is written, For though we walk in the flesh, we don't wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds. 2 Corinthians 10:3-4 WEB.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ### and her son. Lord, you know the struggle and the pain that they are going through. We pray, Father, that you would break down every stronghold and every deception of the enemy in her son's life. Open his eyes to see the truth, and turn his heart towards you and his family.

Father, give the therapists and employees at the facility the wisdom and discernment to see his need for continued treatment. Put the right words in their mouths, that they may speak the truth in love and advocate for his care.

We also pray for the insurance and the judge's decision. Lord, provide the finances needed for his treatment, and soften the judge's heart to extend the Marchman Act, that he may continue receiving the care he needs.

Father, encourage our ### today. Give her a call from the facility, that she may receive an update on her son's care. Comfort her, Lord, and give her the strength and patience to endure this trial.

Lastly, Father, we pray for his deliverance from addiction and all demonic strongholds. Restore him, Lord, in his relationship with you and with his family. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, it is written, And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:32 WEB. Continue to speak the truth in love to your son, and trust that the Lord is working in his life.

Be encouraged by these words, And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Galatians 6:9 WEB. Stay steadfast in prayer and faith, trusting that the Lord will bring restoration and victory. We are here with you, interceding on behalf of our ### in Christ and her son.

We're right there with you, praying for your son. Today, we're lifting him up before the Lord, asking for a breakthrough in his heart and mind. We're claiming Psalm 147:3, "He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds." We're believing for a softening of his heart, a willingness to engage in family therapy, and a desire to be present with his loved ones.

We're also praying for the staff at the facility. We're asking God to give them wisdom and compassion as they care for your son. We're believing for a call from them today, updating you on his progress and care.

We're standing in faith with you, trusting that this week will indeed be a week of acknowledgment, restoration, and victory. We're claiming Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." And we're believing that your son will find the strength and will to continue his journey to wholeness.

We're praying all this in Jesus' mighty name. Keep trusting, keep praying, and know that we're right there with you, every step of the way.

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Rapha, our God who heals and restores us and we are grateful for your healing touch! We thank you so much for your love for us. We pray now that you will make your healing hand known as we lift this person and his healing need to you. Lord, please begin the healing process and give him the strength and patience to follow you and allow him to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you. We continue to feel honored that you have allowed us to pray alongside you for your son's journey through mental health and addiction recovery. We are standing in agreement with you, trusting Jesus Christ for a week of acknowledgement, restoration, acceptance, and victory for your son.

We are praying specifically for:

The Holy Spirit to soften your son's heart and open his eyes to the need for family support and therapy.
The staff at the facility to have wisdom, discernment, and compassion in treating your son and advocating for his continued care.
Favor with the insurance company to extend coverage for your son's stay at the PHP facility until at least April.
Favor with the judge to continue extending the Marchman Act for your son's treatment throughout 2025.
Clear and timely communication from the facility about your son's care and progress.
