We understand that you are seeking deliverance from a struggle with lust, masturbation, and immorality. Firstly, we commend you for taking the step to acknowledge this issue and seeking help. We want to remind you that God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
First, let's address this issue biblically. The Bible is clear that sexual immorality, including fornication, is a sin against our own bodies and a misuse of God's intent for sexuality.

Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
God wants us to be pure and holy, as He is holy. This struggle is a spiritual battle, and it requires spiritual weapons to overcome it.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who is seeking deliverance from the spirit of lust, masturbation, and immorality. Lord, we acknowledge that this is a spiritual battle, and we need Your divine intervention. We confess and repent of these sins on their behalf, and we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing by the blood of Jesus Christ.
Lord, we pray for the binding of any demonic strongholds in this area of their life. We command the spirits of lust, immorality, and impurity to leave in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We pray for the Holy Spirit to fill them with His presence, power, and purity.
Father, we ask for Your strength and grace to overcome any temptations. Help them to be transparent with a mentor or a trusted Christian friend, and to be accountable to ensure that they are not facing this battle alone. Guide them in the path of righteousness for Your name's sake.

Remember, God is faithful and the Holy Spirit will supply the power to be pure in thought, word, and deed. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
