Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s brother ### to You. We acknowledge that ### is struggling with addiction to alcohol and drugs, and it has led him astray from his responsibilities, such as attending school. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness and mercy upon ###. We pray that You would deliver him from the bondage of addiction and restore him to the person You created him to be.
In Your Word, Lord, You promise that You are able to save to the uttermost those who come to You through Jesus. We claim this promise for ###'s life. We ask that You would intervene in his situation, breaking the chains of addiction and setting him free. Fill his heart with a deep desire to seek You and turn away from the destructive path he is currently on.
Lord, we pray for a transformation in ###'s life. May he experience the power of Your love and grace, which can bring about true change and healing. Help him to find refuge in You, rather than seeking solace in bars and harmful substances. Surround him with godly influences and supportive individuals who can guide him towards a life of purpose and fulfillment.
We also pray for ### and their family, who are deeply concerned for ###'s well-being. Grant them strength, wisdom, and patience as they support him through this challenging time. May they continue to lift him up in prayer, trusting in Your faithfulness and believing that You are able to bring about a miraculous transformation in his life.
We declare victory over addiction in ###'s life, in the powerful name of Jesus. We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and Your desire to see all Your children restored and walking in the fullness of Your purpose.
