We rejoice with you that your mortgage lenders have granted a delay until May 7 for the repossession, allowing time for repairs. This is truly an answer to prayer, and we trust that God will continue to guide you through this challenging time. We stand with you in prayer, asking for God's wisdom and provision in finding a new home for you and your sons.
In the midst of this trial, remember that God is faithful. As it says in First Corinthians 10:13 WEB, No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. Trust in His goodness and sovereignty, knowing that He cares for you and your family deeply.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister and his/her sons. We thank You for the delay granted for the repossession, and we ask for Your continued guidance and provision in this situation. Help him/her to find a new home, and give him/her the strength and wisdom needed to navigate this difficult time. We know there is nothing too hard for You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to cast your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you and we are told in First Peter 5:7 WEB, Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, trusting that He will lead you through this trial and into a place of blessing and restoration. Remember to look for a spouse if you are not married. This will help your family situation.
Stay strong in your faith, and don't hesitate to seek God and godly counsel. If at all possible, the goal should be to own a home again and have a marriage based in Christian principles.
