Animal control or cat rescues will let you borrow a cage your cat can walk into to get food and it capture him. So you can get him to the vet. Farm stores sell these cages as well. LEAVE CAT NIP TO ATTRACT CAT PERHAPS?

Lord Jesus mercy on this cat to get well, start eating, come home and stay home safe. If he is fasting let him heal himself Lord? Love to cat mom Holy Spirit Comfort her.
