Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s prayer request regarding ###. Lord, we ask that you would touch ###'s heart and prompt him to make the important phone call to rehab today. We pray for a good outcome, Lord, that ### may receive the help and support he needs to overcome any challenges he may be facing.

Father, we humbly ask for your divine intervention in all situations surrounding ### and his friend. We trust in your wisdom and power to bring about the necessary help and healing. We pray that you would guide them to the right resources and individuals who can provide the assistance they need.
