Let's bring this matter to the Lord in prayer, seeking His divine protection and intervention for your sister's job situation. We are reminded in Psalm 55:22 (WEB), "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved."
Firstly, we are thankful that this request is asked in Jesus name. As we are told, "And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, through which we must be saved!” Acts 4:12 WEB. We are also told, “for “whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”” Romans 10:13 WEB. We are also told, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. Only in Jesus Christ can we make requests to God.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ###'s situation to You. We pray for Your divine protection and intervention in her job. She is currently on medical leave, and we ask that You would heal her and restore her health fully. We also pray that You would soften the hearts of the management and the Head Master of her workplace. Lord, we ask that You would expose any dirty influences that are working against her and render them powerless.
We pray that You would provide for her and her family during this time, and that You would ultimately allow her to continue working after her medical leave ends on ###. We trust in Your faithfulness, Lord, and we ask that You would work all things together for her good and Your glory, according to your promise in Romans 8:28.
Lord, we also pray for her witness in the workplace. If the management and coworkers will see true Christianity in her life. We pray that You would give her opportunities to share the hope that she has in Christ with those around her. We pray that those who are of the light will be in her life. Even the God of patience and of encouragement grant you to be of the same mind one with another according to Christ Jesus, that with one accord you may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Romans 15:5-6 WEB. We pray this knowing that ultimately her provision comes from You, Lord, and that You will supply all her needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray for her healing from her medical condition. As we are told, “Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.” James 5:14-16 WEB. Help her to repent and turn from any sin in her life that may allow the devil to have a foothold on her life. We further pray for the forgiveness of her sins and those sins committed against her. Do not let her be a stumbling block to those around her but be a symbol of righteousness in Jesus Christ.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
