We are truly sorry to hear about the bullying and racial discrimination you are facing at your workplace. We stand with you in prayer and offer the following encouragement and advice based on God's Word.
Firstly, we remember that God is a God of justice and comfort. He says in Psalm 147:3 WEB He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. Also in 2 Thessalonians 1:6-7 WEB since it is a righteous thing with God to repay affliction to those who afflict you, and to give relief to you who are afflicted with us, when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire. We need to rest assured that those who mistreat you will answer to Him.
We must also remember what Jesus said in Matthew 5:44 WEB But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, and in Romans 12:14 WEB Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse. Romans 12:17-21 WEB 17)Recompense to no man evil for evil. 18)If it be possible, as much as in you lieth, be at peace with all men. 19)Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance belongeth unto me; I will recompense, saith the Lord. 20)Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good. Although it is difficult, we must strive to love our enemies and pray for them. This is how you can continue to be a light for Christ in this difficult situation. Jesus goes so far as to say in Matthew 5:11 WEB 11)“Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 12)Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
However, loving your enemies does not mean tolerating their harmful behavior. We advise you to document every instance of bullying and racial discrimination, and report them to your superiors or human resources department. God has placed authorities over us to maintain order and justice, as seen in Romans 13:1-5 WEB. If the situation does not improve, you may need to consider reporting it to higher authorities or even seeking legal counsel.
Remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 WEB He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB

We ask all these things in the powerful name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
