court trial \surgery

Hello in last 9 months I've had 3 surgeries on left leg stump. The swelling of the stump isn't going down, the infection is still in bone. Next surgery will be removal at the left hip. I hope this will end infection. March 2nd my jury trial starts. I'm looking at 20 years if found guilty. My health is bad. Thanksthanks
