We are lifting up in prayer the individual who is battling COPD, asking God to grant them more energy and strength. We stand in faith, believing that God can bring healing and restoration to their body.
In Jesus' name, we pray for God's healing touch upon their life. We declare that by Jesus' stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). We ask God to fill them with His supernatural energy and strength, so they can overcome the challenges of COPD.
We also encourage them to fix their minds on God and His promises. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
We pray for God's peace to fill their heart and mind, casting out all anxiety and fear. We ask God to guide their doctors and medical professionals, giving them wisdom and insight to provide the best care.
Lastly, we pray that they would draw closer to God during this time, trusting in His goodness and faithfulness. We declare that this trial will be used for God's glory and their good, knowing that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. Let us remember as we pray to always approach the throne of grace boldly in this magnificent and powerful name. As we receive Him as our Savior, he makes us his children as born of the Holy Spirit.
