When I first came to Christ, I was scared to tithe because I didn't have much money. I know God was showing me to tithe $25.00 to this Christian Organization and I was so scared to do it because although $25 doesn't sound like a lot of money, I was a single Mom and didn't have any extra money. I felt so lead to do it, I pulled over in my car and called and donated that money. God opened so many doors from just doing that simple gesture. I have been tithing for over 17 years now and I know that my money is God's money. He wants us to be good stewards with it and give back to those in need and for the advancement of the gospel. You cannot out give God. We give out of obedience and it doesn't matter if the amount if small and you build up to it. God will bless you for being obedient. Praying for you!
