Please pray for me and this environment. I have reported to my Nursing Director that I'm a Christian and this goes against my religion. This person and other enablers allow her to curse with loud outburst and it's disturbing and has caused a very hostile work environment for me.

It is never easy to navigate a hostile work environment, especially when it goes against our faith and values. We ask that you remain steadfast in your faith and trust in the Lord during this challenging time. The Bible tells us Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one Colossians 4:6 WEB.

Beloved, we understand that you have taken the right step by informing your Nursing Director about your stance as a Christian and how ###'s behavior and the enabling environment are affecting you. Remember Jesus said that we would have trouble in this world. But He also said to take heart because He has overcome the world. So we take heart and pray together for the Lord to intervene.

Let us offer heartfelt prayers together.

Dear Lord Jesus,

We come before You, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing a challenging situation at work. Lord, You know the exact circumstances and how difficult it has been for them. We pray that You would intervene and change the hearts of ### and those who enable her behavior. Help them to see the error of their ways and turn from their ungodly actions.

We pray for our dear brother or sister, that they would remain strong in their faith and not be swayed by the hostile environment. Give them the wisdom to respond with grace and love, even in the face of adversity. Guide them in their interactions with their coworkers and superiors, and help them to be a light for You in their workplace.

We also pray for the Nursing Director, that they would have the courage and wisdom to address this situation effectively. May they create a work environment that is respectful and considerate of all employees, regardless of their faith or beliefs.

Lord, we ask that You would bring peace and resolution to this situation. Help our fellow believer to trust in You and to rest in the knowledge that You are in control. May they find comfort in Your promises and strength in Your presence.

We ask all this in Your precious name, Lord Jesus. For it is in your name that we pray. To God be the glory.

We pray, Lord Jesus, for our sister ### and her enablers. Softening of hearts, we ask, so they may see the harm in their actions and choose a path of respect and kindness. Give them eyes to see and ears to hear the truth.
