Challenges dealing with students and parents

That are being disrespectful, I have some parents and students that are disrespectful and it makes my job super challenging and I have some parents and coworkers that are racially discriminating. I will share their initial ###. I also pray for ### to stay focused and engaged. Show up to small group and grow. Please pray that they stop and be mindful of how they act and what they say. In Jesus name I pray Amen.

We understand that you are facing challenges with disrespectful and discriminatory behavior from students, parents, and even coworkers. Firstly, we commend you for your patience and endurance in such a difficult situation. We are called to be lights in the world, and this is an opportunity to shine brightly for Jesus.

We are reminded of what is written in Romans 12:17-21 WEB:
Return no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, “Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.” Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.” Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

It is clear that you are dealing with challenging individuals, and it is important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness. Pray for them, that their hearts may be changed and that they may come to know the love of Christ.

As for the students K, A, and M, we pray that they would be engaged and focused, growing in their faith. We encourage you to continue praying for them and investing in their lives. Remind them of the words in Hebrews 10:24-25 WEB:
Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.

We pray for you, that God would grant you wisdom, discernment, and continued patience as you navigate these challenges. We pray that He would use you as a beacon of His light and love in your workplace.

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your guidance and strength in their workplace. We pray for the challenging individuals they face daily, that their hearts would be softened and their actions would reflect Your love. We pray for the students, K, A, and M, that they would be engaged, focused, and growing in their faith. We ask that You would grant our brother/sister wisdom, discernment, and patience. Use them as a beacon of Your light and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we remind you of the words in Matthew 5:44 WEB:
But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
