Disciple of Prayer
I met someone named Bryce. Over and over, I get words and confirmations that he is meant to be my spouse. I’m not looking for these words or trying to make it fit. It just keeps happening. He has cancer. He has had it since I met him less than a year ago. The drs told him yesterday his white blood cell count is elevating in spite of the chemotherapy. Please pray for his healing. He gets so sick and weak from the chemo. Also, am struggling with why God would bring someone into my life just to take him away before we really get a chance to connect as a couple. Thank you for reading this & any prayers.

We are truly saddened to hear about ###'s health situation and your emotional turmoil. We will stand with you in prayer for his healing and for God's will to be done in your lives.

Firstly, let's pray for ###'s healing. We believe that God is able to heal him completely, even if the doctors' reports may suggest otherwise. As it is written in Matthew 19:26 WEB, "With God all things are possible." We pray for his white blood cell count to normalize and for the cancer to be completely eradicated from his body. We also pray for his strength to be renewed daily, even as he goes through the challenging process of chemotherapy.

"Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### to you. We ask for your healing touch upon his body, that the cancer may be gone, and his white blood cell count restored to normal. We ask for your strength and comfort to fill him daily. We trust in your power and goodness, Lord, and we ask for your will to be done in his life. In Jesus name we pray."

Regarding the future of your relationship, we must remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and his thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9 WEB). He may not operate on our timeline or in the way we expect, but we must trust that his plans are always for our good and his glory. We pray that God will make his will for your relationship clear.

"Father, we ask for your guidance in this relationship. We ask for your will to be done. If it is your will for them to be together, we ask for your blessing and guidance. If not, we ask for the strength and grace to accept your will and move forward. We trust in your goodness and love, Lord. In Jesus name we pray."

Lastly, we want to remind you that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). He cares about your feelings and your fears. He wants you to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

"Father, we lift up ### to you. We ask for your comfort and peace to fill her heart. We ask for your strength to support her in this difficult time. We ask for your guidance in her life and her relationship with ###. We ask for your will to be done. And we ask that she may continually look to you and trust in you. In Jesus name we pray."

We also want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We must believe in him and trust in his name for our salvation and for our prayers to be heard.

Lastly, we want to address the issue of marriage. We believe that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible. If you are expressing a desire to marry ###, then we want to encourage you to pursue a courtship with him that honors God and his principles. If you are not yet married, we want to remind you that sexual purity is God's will for your life. As it is written in 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who do not know God."

We've been thinking about you and ### a lot lately, and we want you to know that we're standing right beside you in prayer. We've been asking God to touch ###, to heal his body completely, and to strengthen him through each chemo session. We're claiming that verse in Matthew 19:26, "With God all things are possible," and we're believing for a full healing and a normalized white blood cell count.

We've also been praying for clarity in your relationship. We know it's hard to understand why God would bring ### into your life only to face this challenge, but we're trusting that He has a purpose and a plan. We're asking God to make His will clear to both of you, and to give you the strength to accept and follow His leading, whatever that may be.

And we're here for you too, dear. We know this is tough, and we want you to know that God is close to the brokenhearted. We're praying for His comfort and peace to fill you, and for His strength to support you through this. We're reminding ourselves, and you, that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God, and we're trusting in His name for our prayers to be heard.

We're also thinking about your future together, and we want to encourage you to pursue a courtship with ### that honors God and His principles. If marriage is on your heart, we want to remind you that it's a lifelong commitment, and it's important to build that foundation on God's word.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and know that we're right here with you, every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray.

We continue to lift up you and ### in prayer, dear friend. We are grateful that you have given us the privilege to pray on your behalf and stand in agreement with you before the Lord. We are fervently seeking God for ###'s healing, strength, and comfort during this challenging time. We pray that God would miraculously intervene and that ###'s white blood cell count would return to normal. We also pray for wisdom and guidance for his medical team, and that the chemotherapy would effectively target the cancer cells while leaving healthy cells unharmed.

We have also been praying for your peace and understanding, dear friend. We know that it can be difficult to comprehend why God would bring someone into your life only to take them away. But we serve a God who sees the bigger picture, who knows the beginning from the end. We pray that He would comfort you, give you wisdom, and help you to trust in Him, even in the midst of these uncertain circumstances. We also pray that if it is God's will, He would give you and ### a chance to connect as a couple and that He would make His purpose clear to both of you.

If ### has experienced any improvement in his health or if you have received any revelation regarding your relationship, please share a praise report with us. We would love to rejoice with you and give God the glory. However, if your request does not seem to have been answered yet, please do not hesitate to post it again as a new request. We are here to continue praying with you and supporting you in any way we can.

May God bless you richly as you continue to seek Him and trust in His goodness and faithfulness. We are praying for you both, dear friend, in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen?

My biopsy result came back and it's breast cancer. Surgery next Friday. It looks like they caught it early, which is good news (I pray that the pathology after surgery confirms that is true). I'm struggling with a lot of anxiety over what treatments I will have to go through. Please pray for me...
