Can animals sense the presence of demons?

I hear from time to time that,although unsaved people are so "deadened' to sensing demons hanging around to cause evil,that the family cat or dog can, say,when the person dredges up a demon with occult activity,{or, attracts the demon}the pet reacts as if it "knows"{or, senses} that there's a spirit of evil around. Whereas the unsaved person "loves"drifting towards psychics, mediums,quija boards etc.,animals,who God gave greater instinct than us, can sense the evil. I don't know how much truth there is to this, but hey, if animals can sense certain things more than us, can it be...that they can sense an evil presence?What do you think?

We have the power through the Name Jesus to cause demons to flee from us! Simply singing praises and thanks to Jesus can cause an evil spirit to flee. We don't know for sure what an animal can sense in the spirit, sensing a demon or not, getting a spook from a shadow or not but what we can know is through Jesus we can have peace with all the beasts! We can freely go anywhere in the world even the darkest and thickest of forests and be at pure and utter peace knowing the power and protection and authority of Jesus is all around us to protect us from the biggest to the smallest of creatures! Thank You, Praise You Lord Jesus for Your Words and Your Promises that give us power over our enemies, power over our fears and power over all the creatures and even power over the unknown! Glory to You Lord Jesus!

Sometimes it is what we know that gives us protection in all of our circumstances! I can do all things through Christ Jesus, speaking His Glorious Name Jesus in all that I do, causing all fear to leave me as I sing His Glorious Name Jesus as I go accidentally sliding right up next to a rattle snake within an inch of it without getting bit! What is the rattle snake thinking, what abilities does the rattle snake have that I don't know about doesn't enter my mind for I know that through Jesus I have and had peace with it as I noticed it after I passed by! Thank You Lord Jesus!

I saw a few times that you posted something, and when some of the people replied, you mentioned that wasn't what you meant, and they should stay on the same subject. Well, I notice that happens with me a lot,I bring up something and they reply in a way that shows they either half paid attention,and came to a wrong conclusion, or what...

There was donkey that spoke and said. Why are you beating me? The bible clearly says that animals see, feel and sense what is all around them. So, if you are really close to the heart of God, pray before you pets, teach them Gods word, treat them as Jesus would. Love everyone around you and that includes your pets.and other animals you see around.

I don't know if it's scriptural but I think even that animals can be demon possessed. Observing mad or wild dogs for exemple who bark on anyone or want to bite anyone.
If they are not demon possessed I think they can feel the presence of evil.
I don't know if you will beleive me but I can feel the presence of evil in men and animals.

It is scriptural that even animals can be demon possessed. Matthew 8: 30 There happened to be a large herd of pigs feeding in the distance. So the demons begged, “If you cast us out, send us into that herd of pigs.” “All right, go!” Jesus commanded them. So the demons came out of the men and entered the pigs, and the whole herd plunged down the steep hillside into the lake and drowned in the water.

Hello Bobb how are you today? I enjoy reading your postings. What you have said here is right on target! Yes indeed the animals can sense demons hanging around oppose to humans. The reason why because the animals cannot talk to say that demons are present. Also demons are not interested in animals eventhough they can enter into animals and they can manifest themselves in appearance as any kind of animal they take on. It takes the Holy Spirit to open our eyes to see into the spirit realm to see demonic spirits when they are present and to those who delve into witchcraft or any craft that is of satan those people open themselves up to demon possession that is said from those who have delve into these ungodly practices that they were able to see demonic manifestations and spirits. Let's not forget that Christ cast the legion of demons into swine. So yes in my mind it would possible for a animal to be demon possessed. However. I guess my question would be what's the likelihood of this happening? Can't say this is something I've ever considered.
