We are truly sorry to hear that you are facing difficulties with bullies at your workplace. Let's us first bring this before the Lord in prayer.
Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend who is facing discomfort and harassment at work. Lord, you know the pain and distress they are experiencing, and we ask for your divine intervention. We pray that you would soften the hearts of those causing harm, and if it is your will, that they would find other employment where they can find happiness and no longer cause distress.
We also pray for our friend, that you would grant them a spirit of mercy, forgiveness, and kindness. Help them to understand the scriptures in the book of Romans which state "Bless those who persecute you. Bless, and do not curse" (Romans 12:14 WEB). Equip them with the wisdom and discernment to handle this situation with grace and integrity, as your word instructs us to do, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44 WEB).
We rebuke the spirit of bullying and harassment in the workplace and pray for a peaceful and productive environment. We ask that you would raise up godly colleagues and supervisors who will support and encourage our friend. Ultimately, we pray that this situation would bring glory to your name and serve as a testament to your unfailing love and faithfulness.
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church and Christian community. Remember that God is your defender and protector, as it is written, "What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. As Christians, we are called to forgive as we have been forgiven. Pray for those who are causing you harm, that they may come to know the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ. Let us remember the words of our Lord on the cross, "Father forgive them"
Let us pray.
